  1. I wonder what caught your eye.
    Here in Russia its name is Olivier after its author Lucien Olivier. The original recipe was quite complex, but it degraded to these five ingredients during the soviet era.
    And I must say "300 gr. di maionese" is really
    not healthy.

  2. It' a very typical christmas time salad here in northern italy. And yes, with alot of mayonese! :)
